History & Philosophy
JHH Engineering services began as a general works contractor in 2016 under its parent company its was called PHH m&e services pte ltd . Over two years we do have completed few challenging addition and alternation projects within Singapore. Our current project are, Changi General Hospital and recently completed SIMTECH TOWER at Nanyang Technological University, Thomson East Coast Line (SMRT-LTA), and Commercial office renovation projects etc.
PHH M&E Services takes on the role of sub-contractor for small to medium size projects and performs ACMV, ESCS, Car Park mechanical and Ventilation system includes ducting formation, Installation, MV fan Installation, VRU installation c/w VRV , FCU Installation, Installation of AHU and PAHU , All sizesof supply and return grille, diffuser/louver, CDP, Chillers water supply/return piping Installation, testing and commissioning and Handing over to main contractor. We are working on air-conditioning for both VRU system and chiller water system
Our objective is to provide our main contractor with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and Follow through procedures ensures that main contractor/client objectives are top priority during our installation works.
Our working philosophy is: . create detail schedule and resources plan to meet client’s project objective, communicate clearly with all project stakeholders, Track project progress and fine tune deviations, supervise closely on quality of work done, Complete and commission the project on time.
